The points are awarded on the basis of the basket value, excluding shipping, on the day the order is fulfilled. / The points are valid for 12 months and then expire. / The points are deducted from the balance whenever a refund is issued and that, thus, the balance may turn negative sometimes. / The points for a birthday that is entered for the first time within the next 30 days, will be rewarded with a 30 day delay on the first birthday year. / The points are calculated from the first active day of this program, that was the 10th of September 2025, or on your first account activation if you are a new client after this date. / Rosae Paris reserves the possibility to put an end to the program at any time or to restrict its access.
